Monica was raised in a small town in South Jersey, the daughter of Taiwanese immigrants. In 2011, she attended Villanova University's School of Business in Pennsylvania and went on to earn a B.B.A. in Marketing and a minor in Real Estate. Her experience as a marketing professional equipped her with an extensive skillset, including Digital Strategy, Communications, Business Analytics, Project Management, and much more. Although Monica experienced much success as a marketer, she wanted a more personal connection and direct impact out of her career, eventually making the move to real estate along with her move to the Grand Strand. 

As a Realtor, Monica is always finding new ways to provide her clients with the most value. From keeping abreast local industry conditions to implementing marketing best practices to sell your home, she doesn't just work hard, she works smart. Monica's clients rest easy knowing that they're in good hands, because your priority is her priority.
